HI! MY NAME IS JESSICA.

As a first-generation Asian American therapist, I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care with a supportive and honest environment to explore step-by-step self-growth. I utilize a variety of approaches to meet you where you are and specialize in strength-based, client-centered, solution-focused, and psychodynamic approaches to do so.
With me, you'll find a chill space to explore, reflect, and learn. I prioritize trust and collaboration, offering gentle, honest, and non-judgmental support. I take great care in balancing a supportive yet challenging environment to assist with authentic self-growth.
My background in community mental health and school-based counseling has deepened my passion for connecting with others and supporting growth. As someone who cares deeply about advocating for Asian mental health, I’m committed to raising awareness and breaking the stigma around seeking help in our communities. My hope is to create a space where our unique cultural experiences are celebrated and mental well-being is a priority.
